This webinar will illustrate how to apply an ethical decision-making model, rooted in reflective, cultural, and anti-oppressive principles, to a clinical case, and highlight how an ethically-grounded decision can result in a relational rupture in the therapeutic relationship. Then it will explore common types of rupture more broadly in therapeutic relationships and discuss “ways of being” and micro-skill rupture repair strategies.Center for Practice Transformation – University of Minnesota has been approved by NBCC as an Approved Continuing Education Provider, ACEP No. 7404.
